HOW IT ALL WORKS
BOOKING
For all inquiries regarding availability, bookings to get a quote, simply click the button below:
PAYMENT
We require a deposit in advance to confirm your booking.
Final balance is due on or before the day of the event.
We accept all major Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash.
TRAVEL
If your event is outside the 5 Boroughs of New York City, a fee will be assessed at the time of your quote to cover time and travel for your bar personnel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Any items already purchased or prepared for the event, or expenses incurred specifically for the event will be charged in full regardless of timing of the cancellation.
If a cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the event the deposit can be moved forward to a future event.
TIPPING POLICY
Tipping is ultimately at your discretion, and is not automatically included for private residential invents.
For weddings, corporate events, and engagements requesting that tip signs not be present 20% will be added.
We ask hosts to take care of our bartenders as they will take great care of you.
INSURANCE
Shaken NYC can provide proof of insurance for events.
